Brentwood....

Anyone who went shed any light on what was such a shocking result? Why have we gone off the boil? Good result at Dulwich and an otherwise reasonable start to the season IMO. Nicky describes the result as a blip? What's your views?

It was one of those days when everything was wrong. Nobody put in a performance and the match was strewn with errors. We won't play that badly again this season as I am sure Nicky has had words. On to Farnborough.....

I agree with VW Swan.
It was definitely a bad day at the office for the entire team.
Nobody did themselves justice on the pitch ,and i hope that a result like that was a one off for the season.
Even the few Brentwood fans that were there could'nt believe it. A game littered with Staines Town errors/dodgy penaltys/deflected shots resulting in Brentwood goals/poor refereeing decisions thankfully does'nt happen every week.
Brentwood did'nt even look a good team - but seemed to punish every Staines mistake.
Lets bounce back at Farnborough and then get a good FA Cup result next saturday
