I echo Gordons comment.
Martyn Spong is Staines Town through and through, and always seems to have the clubs best interests at heart.
Mark Fabian as his assistant is also a good move , with him and Martyn seeming to have a close working relationship.
Both know how to motivate players and maybe they can (initially in the short term) turn the fortunes on the pitch round.
