What do the owners actually own?

Here's a question and apologies if it's a bit of a stupid one but I'm still trying work out what is happening to the Club?

So when the new owner/owners/consortium took over the club in the summer, what did they actually acquire and what exactly do the own now?

As far as I’m aware it is just the football club in name. The stadium and land in its entirety is owned by the Thames club. Joe Dixon is majority share holder, whilst Matthew Boon holds the remainder.
