I am not sure what you are trying to ask. Is it the philosophical question of who owns a football club. Is it the person who owns the shares of the club at the time, or the ongoing supporters who follow the team through thick and thin. The answer should be the two working in tandem. Perhaps the question relates to the promises of league football within 10 years of the current Chairman taking charge and making that promise. He needs to explain how his plans are progressing. Could it be to do with the expectations of a team playing Isthmian League Premier or even National League South, in which case the answer is we are where we are - snuggling to stay in the current division. Or even the realistic answer for me - indoors suffering from man flu - a real bad case. Even the doctor told me to go home, keep warm, and drink plenty, which is why I missed yesterday's game.
