Grants

Step 3-6 clubs can now apply to the Football Foundation for their share of the £10m grants -applications must be in by end of March.
Do we know who is responsible at our club for making sure we do not miss out on any of the funds available.
There is also an interesting Surrey FA initiative taking place on line next week about "growing your club" covering player recruitment, club structure etc. Again suggest it could be useful for our club to participate - may get new ideas about attracting more support etc
I know we are affiliated to middlesex but ideas from any source are worth looking at.

Thats great news.
Out of interest who in the club is responsible for following these possibilities up.
Also it woud be good to get feedback about the "growing your club" discussions.Perhaps there will be ideasfrom that which supporters can run with.

That would be the board so Joe, Vin, Steve & Kevin. Good idea when things settle down to have a growing your club forum

Many thanks-I assume steve is the secretary ,who we all know and love. Kevin is the general manager who works so hard to keep things going,
Who is Vin and what does he do at the club.
(is he the commercial guy who seems to keep a very low profile)
In view of the funds being contributed by fans to provide a playing budget I would have expected supporters to have a representative on the board.
I hope that this can be rectified in the near future

Vin Williams is the vice chairman who attends almost every home game + some aways.
There is a supporters club representative on the football clubs committee - David Norris.
And this has been the case since July 2018.
This is listed in every home programme + is shown on football clubs website.

Thats very helpful -thanks John.
Sorry about these boring questions but obviously I have not read the small print in the programmes and simply wish to understand the current structure of the club.
Is vice-chairman Vin the same as the Commercial Manager Vin I was told about.
Thinking about it I did talk on a number of accasions to a gentleman who said he was related to Joe , uncle I think .I wonder if that could be Vin (Vice chairman)
