Thank you

From a fan who wasn't there I would like to say a big thank you for the team for their performances up to, and including today. The result wasn't what we hoped for. However, now as fans - a big thank you to all who went - players, and management we now need to put some equally exciting performances together in the league. Then I'll have to replenish my stock of jokes!! COYS

From a fan who was there. This was one hell of a game, it had it all. Good goals a high work rate passion and comittment. At 1-1 Noah had a great shot that beat the keeper all ends up only to hit the cross bar and bounce back into play. They get a penalty and Joe saved it. Both sides had chances but it wasnt till time was nearky up that Brentwood killed the game off. Staines town F.C. staff and their players should not feel too down hearted, we have the makings of a competative team. Well done Staines.

From another fan who was there, I totally agree with scouser. It was great cup tie to watch and I must say enhanced by an extremely good referee-perhaps the best one we will see in many moons.
Every one of our players gave 110% and the couple of new faces on the pitch certainly confirms that we are moving in the right direction.Good feeling to be on the club coach for the awayday and experience first hand the team spirit of the players .
More important than ever that we supporters continue to back the players by going through the turnstiles and contributing to the "Boost the Budget" scheme.
Now back to the important matter of the league.
Best wishes to all
Norm

I agree with all of the above.
We were very unlucky to lose by a 4-1 scoreline.
Until the last few minutes of the game the tie could have gone either way.
I feel that if we perform as well in future games , as we did on Saturday for large parts of the game ,we will start to grind out the results we need to climb up the league table.
Any supporter on the team coach will have seen what a close knit squad we have and the disappointment that the players showed in not having achieved the win that they all wanted.
