here is a copy of my match report

Horsham (0) 2 Whyteleafe (3) 5
Boswell 60, 70 Day 3, 30
Bola 34, 82
Clayton pen 75

Whyteleafe finished the season in style scoring 9 goals in their final 2 away games of the season. It was also the last game for management team John Scarborough and Paul Dale who have done a fine job since taking over mid season following the departure of Leigh Dynan.

Leafe got off to the perfect start when in the 3rd minute, Vance Bola's pass found Scott Day and his fine dippind shot from 20 yards gave Josh Pelling no chance.

Bola had a couple of good chances to increase the lead, taking the ball past Pelling in the 18th minute but his touch was too strong and the ball ran out, then in the 24th minute he shot across the face of goal.

Horsham's best effort came in the 28th minute when George Landais forced a good save from Kyle Merson.

Day got his and Leafe's second on the half hour converting a Sam Clayton cross, then 4 minutes later Clayton was again the provider, Bola heading home his cross for Leafe's 3rd.

Horsham went close twice near the end of the half, Dean Bown shooting just wide in the 43rd minute then Joe Shelley headed wide from a corner.

The second half started very differently with Horsham on top. Merson made a string of good saves, from a fine strike by Bown in the 48th minute and a brave save at the feet of Alfie Rogers in the 52nd minute, then a minute later a double save to deny Darren Boswell.

The hosts pulled one back on the hour with a stunning shot from wide on the left from Boswell. The same player scored again with another good strike in the 70th minute with a shot from a central position on the edge of the box.

Leafe the brought on Ikechi Ize and his first contribution was to earn a penalty when he was brought down in the box by Fintan Walsh after a strong run deep into the area. Clayton stepped up and hit his penalty to the left. Pelling got a hand to it but could not prevent it going in the net.

Bola then went on a good run in the 80th minute finding Day, who's shot was blocked.

Leafe got their 5th in the 82nd minute. The hosts were on the attack and much to their annoyance a pass on the edge of the box when they were well placed hit the referee and fell to Leafe who quickly broke away, and Bola rounded Pelling before slotting home the 5th.

Dennis Asanthi had a chance for a 6th with a minute to go but shot over from a Cormac Hegarty cross.
Leafe; Merson, Clothier (Eze 70), Hegarty, Taylor, Douglas, Simeone, Pearson (Connaris 83), Hutton, Bola, Day, Clayton (Asanthi 75).
