The flags which Mr V Aldi temporarily misplaced have been located.

In Sittingbourne!

Now we just have to work out a way of retrieving them...

The boy is a nightmare.

Goodness knows where he will leave his pencil case when he goes to uni in Sheffield.

Make sure he has his gloves attached by string

He even went to great lengths to describe where he put the bag while he ate his fish and chips in the Tavern. Imagine what he'll be like when he starts REALLY drinking in Sheffield.

This is all very confusing! I think I must have somehow left the flags in Sittingbourne and then the bag in the Tavern.

Could Sittingbourne post them to us?

No. The flags were still in the bag in Sittingbourne. Are you going to pay Sittingbourne's postal costs???

Leafe of Pie can then take control of flag duties, I have proved my incompetence for the role

Thanks Christine, we tried going through that on the phone with Sittingbourne and there's nothing for ages. There's really nothing for it but to draw lots to see who has to drive over to Sittingbourne and pick them up.

I agree, my error don't want anyone trekking to Sittingbourne for it! Postage is an option an option and I'll pay for their costs.

If we get this new banner could have quite a visual presence on away days in the future

It's one thing paying for the postage but quite something else getting someone to go to the trouble of packing up something as big as a rucksack and then queuing up in a Post Office.

If Bruce and the lads can bring oysters and Leafe flags to the game, they deserve the best hospitality we can muster. And they will be forgiven for the 'we'll meet again' chants of a couple of seasons ago. Maybe.

He's Sittingbourne's Chairman and he's keeping the bag at his house to prevent Woodstock from chucking it. Its all a bit "outside chance" tbh. His contact details are on the Isthmian League website I believe.

It's a shame these guys put themselves out as much as they did and spent the match being taunted by the young wankers at the railway end.

Please know Oyster guys, these were NOT true 'Leafe fans giving you all that grief.....The true @Leafe fans were up the other end telling your No 2 he was ruffled....
