Not that I'm on twitter but just saw this on the Leafe feed.

UPDATE, BHAFC Academy Surrey/London Centre opening date confirmed 5th Dec 14, this will be FREE sessions for U8s to U13s at @WhyteleafeFC

Is this happening at The Leafe?

I know Brighton have just invested £25 Million into a new training ground / academy and are trying to attract new players from all over the South East.

How exciting!

How exciting, a Sussex club branching out and nicking talent from Surrey and South London.

Hope the Leafe are making a few bob out of it.

I understand that Brighton have been one of the slower clubs to set up "satellite academies" and so they've gone out of their way to set up at one of the best facilities in the south of England...

You are so right, the Albion have always had problems recruiting juniors with most youngsters heading north to London based clubs.

Delighted my two clubs are able to work together in partnership.

I have been lucky to see all three of Walton's games in goal, he is certainly a talent. Already played England Under 19's and according to reports Arsenal have been sniffing round.

Safe to say he is now the clubs number two keeper but hard pressing for the top job.

Just goes to show young talent should start off small and grow into bigger clubs where the opportunities are limited.

I think you will find that the quote that arsenal(and man city) we're sniffing around came from his dad!!!!
