Sacked their manager, with one match left of the season and them sitting in the playoff places.

Their fans seem delighted about it, but crikey. Hope they lose at the weekend and don't even make the playoffs now.

This is mad but nothing surprises me now unless there was something weird like a clause in his contract meaning he had an option to extend if still there at end of season.

Only won 2 of their last 11, against Burton and Carlisle, conceded a shitload and lost to everyone else around them including us, which must have been the biggest embarrassment. Presumably expecting another loss and could miss out on the play offs on Saturday, so needed to do something
