I am not so sure.

JG & his company have suffered harm.

Whether that is of his own making, in which case, having been very vocal in both the press & on the radio, he should now go off into a quiet corner & lick his wounds.

Whether he believes he has been wronged by a pre-meditated wilful act is for him to consider & if so take the necessary legal action...that is a criminal offence.

To do this he could engage a good Solicitor to prepare a 'brief' for him based on the facts & his 'instructed solicitor' could then refer his brief to Counsel, to seek a Barristers 'Opinion'.

IMO, they are his two options, he can either 'put up' or 'shut up'.

What doesn't sit well with me, is that despite 'sacrificing' himself for the good of the Club, to allow for a possible return to LW, that clearly has no substance, confirmed by the events that have followed his departure.

Who told him that he had to leave & on what basis?

We need to know now who else was involved in that discussion, because they could still be involved with our Club going forward!.
