Memory there was a significant leak and contaminated land.

There has to be a significant clean up operation which took years before the current buildings were able to be built.

NBBC two biggest mistakes with the Boro were selling the ground to Kelly in 79 for peanuts and releasing the covenant.

It was obvious the sale would be squandered given the custodians over the years.

Oh and Stocker’s other great mess up was Coundon Road.
