'Can you help those of us that have personal items inside get them back?'
I don't think that you should be posting on this Forum as if you are a victim of what happened.
I don't really want to enter into a conversation with you, as you will be economical with the truth.
I worked in Drawing Offices for 35 years. I would never have left personal items (that could not be replaced) at my place of work under any circumstances - it's unprofessional.
It's far more likely that you want to retrieve documents that show how you and your Company were complicit in killing the FC that I have supported for 50 years.
Anyone that is stupid enough to leave irreplaceable personal items at their place of work does not deserve to have them back.

I've got some personal items in the club that I'd like back.. I've never worked for the club.
In your 35 years of experience of working in a drawing office is there any chance you could help? Like Dan asked for help?

I would hope you and those that have pictures memobilia flags etc are given access to claim items not owned by Boro leisure. The land owners have no right to keep these items. Its a civil law matter unfortunatley.
Note to self, 'be careful what you wish for'

I believe only a few flags remain - as of four weeks ago.
The sensitive issue is the memorial garden.

I do not believe that the contents of the social club, offices and snack bar etc would become the property of the landlord even in these circumstances.
Nuneaton Borough FC is dead—Killed by incompetence.

Here's another stupid thing to say Davey while I'm on a roll.
If the Sponsor that paid for Dan's services had used that money to pay the rent on LW, then you would still have a Football Club to watch every week during the Season!

Why should a sponsor be paying anything beyond sponsorship money?
The owner us the kne who should have been deciding what money was spent on.
And the rent not being paid is not the only reason Boro got booted.
I am amazed how many Boro fans are happy to blame a sponsor rather than the owners.

Still amazed that people think that the whole shit show is down to one man 😂
I appreciate it's the best and easiest option to do ...

There was one owner.
One person in charge.
That is why people think one person is to blame.

So, who else was to blame?
Does the buck not stop with the owner?
Surely every decision was approved by him, either directly or he took the decision to devolve that decision making.
Who else is to blame then?
And why?

Not convinced.
You would like to think so, but I suspect it would have gone on players.
I think JG claimed his wages were paid by an other.
Add to this the surplus over Covid, the villa and Rushall games, the sponsorship brought in and the fact the rent was probably equivalent to a bench players wages YET the rent was still not paid.

If we had a Sponsor paying for Dan's services.
The Managers wage being paid by an other.
Would it have made sense to have a similar arrangement to pay the rent?

No.
It would have been sensible to have rent as the first thing paid every month before anything else.
That would have been sensible.
