Whilst (obvs!!) not in the VoR/AV league, for 0ver 20 years , I had to manage a budget and prepare and present monthly spreadsheets like this to a Board responsible for an organisation which had an annual turnover of £1m+
I am still involved with a local charity where the same kind of responsibility still applies although the amounts open to scrutiny are much less. In both cases-clarity is 100% essential-and debt (or "loss) is/was not permitted.
I think I have said before-these records are not only very encouraging-they are easy to follow and well laid out. Software has undoubtedly improved since I last did that myself -but it still takes a certain talent to report back financially to a wide public audience.
Well done to all. Can't wait for the new season.
